All Trash Velvet products are made to order therefore wait times can vary. Please contact trashvelvet@gmail.com for updates on the status of your order.

Cushions - allow 7-10 days (approx) 

Lampshades - allow 21 days (approx)

Shipping:

We ship using Royal Mail to all destinations within the UK and to mainland Europe and worldwide.

Taxes and Exports 

For International purchases there are no restrictions on the export of our goods from the UK, however, certain countries will impose import duties and taxes on goods. Any import duties and taxes liable on goods will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the sale price.

Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer’s nominated address, whereupon the risk of loss and all damage shall pass to the Customer.
